This is a perfect exercise if you want to strengthen your arms, legs, and belly. All you need to do is lay a mat and support your forearms on it. Make sure the elbows are under the shoulders. Remain in this position for alteast 30 seconds and then return back to your normal position. Repeat this set 5 times.

This exercise will help you reduce the thigh fat and strengthen your legs and glutes. All you need to do is keep your feet apart at a hip distance with the toes pointing outwards. Bend the knees as much as possible without lifting your heels from the ground. Stretch your legs. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times with a break of 30 seconds.

This exercise helps you to stretch the shoulders, back, and sides of the body. All you need to do is keep your knees on the ground and bring your hips closer to your heels. Rest your belly on your thighs and stretch your arms in the forward direction. Remain in this position for atleast 30 seconds.

This is a perfect exercise to relax and de-stress your body. All you need to do is lay on the mat and bring your hips closer to the wall so that you can uplift your legs towards the wall. Close your eyes and count your breaths. Stay in this pose for atleast 5 minutes.

This is a simple exercise to stretch your shoulders and chest. All you need to do is criss-cross your fingers behind your back. Stretch your arms in the backward position and stretch your chest in the forward direction. Remain in this position for atleast 30 seconds.

- Walk around whenever it is possible. You can walk in your home while talking on the phone. Take 5-10 minutes breaks after every one hour.
