Ingredients
- White Flour
- Curd
- Paneer: 250gm
- Potato: 2 to 3 medium-sized
- Onion: 1 to 2 medium-sized
- Green Chilies: 3 to 4
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Coriander seeds
- Garlic
- Baking Soda
- Chili flakes
- Desi Ghee
- Salt
- Cumin
- Red chili powder
- Garam masala

- Add crumbled paneer and boiled potatoes in a vessel
- Mash and mix the potatoes and paneer together
Add finely chopped onions and green chilies, coarsely chopped coriander seeds and fresh coriander leaves to the paste
- Mix salt, red chili powder, cumin, garam masala to the paste
- Keep the stuffing aside till you prepare the dough
Steps to Prepare the Dough
- Take 3 to 4 cups of white flour in a bowl.
- Add half cup of desi ghee and half teaspoon of baking soda
- Mix salt as per your taste
- Mix it well and knead a soft dough
- Add 1 cup of curd and knead the dough
- Keep kneading for about 5 to 10 minutes to make it soft

- Divide the dough into small balls
- Flatten each dough ball using a rolling pin
- Spread some desi ghee on the flattened dough and sprinkle some white flour
- Start rolling the bread to form layers
- Cut the bread into sections
- Press one dough ball using your fingers
- Put the prepared stuffing in the flattened bread and roll it to form a round shape
- Put some chopped coriander leaves, garlic powder or chopped garlic on the dough
