Steps to Prepare Your Own Detox Water
- Take a glass jar/bottle and fill it with water
- Peel a cucumber and cut it into medium slices
- Add the cucumber slices in the glass jar filled with water
- Cut lemon slices and add it into the water
- Add a handful of mint leaves
- Chop a piece of ginger to squeeze out its juice
- Add the chopped ginger to the water
- Keep the bottle in the refrigerator for about 8 to 10 hours
Note: Remove the herbs and vegetables before they begin to decompose
